How are assignments given?
Communication is very important. You must call Pro
Image Solutions Availability Line once a week at
407-332-4500. Employees that call in weekly will be
given first priority when an assignment comes
available.Must I accept every assignments
offered?
Never feel obligated to accept an assignment you may
not be able to complete. Failure to do so may be
grounds for dismissal or an indication you have quit
voluntarily and unemployment benefits may be denied.
All offices have a phone answering machine for this
purpose. Notify your H.R. Manager immediately
when completing an assignment. Failure to do so could
be considered a voluntary quit.
What if I don't like the assignment after I start?
It is necessary for you to complete every shift you
are assigned to work. Failure to do so will result in
lost pay for that day. Never walk off
an assignment before your shift is completed.
If you are unhappy with your assignment, please
complete your shift and notify the Pro Image Solutions H.R.
Manager so we can replace you
and find you another assignment.
What does "No Call, No Show" mean?
If for any reason you are unable to make it to your
assignment, and you do not call Pro Image
Solutions at least one hour before your
assignment, you will be terminated.
What if I get sick?
When you are ill, you must contact Pro Image
Solutions every day you are unable to report to
your assignment. Failure to do so will be considered
a "No Call, No Show" and will be
grounds for termination.
Excessive absences and tardiness will not be
tolerated.
What if I move?
Notify Pro Image Solutions immediately if you should
have any phone number or address changes.
When is it appropriate to call the supervisor
at my assignment?
Unless instructed by Pro Image Solutions,
never contact the client you are assigned to. Any
questions or problems should be discussed immediately
with your employer – Pro Image
Solutions.
