SUMMARY
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing all projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager. Customer Service Representatives are to maintain direct communication with management, client, sales and production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to customer/client by processing orders.
Answer all questions that are related to the job.
Work with Sales, Production and accounting personnel in an accurate and efficient manner to ensure that all order processing is complete and correct.
Assist Sales/Estimating staff in the preparation of client proposals for all projects accepted by the company and assigned to the department.
Establish work schedules and mutually acceptable deadlines for deliverables.
Maintain paper control system for project tasks, billing activities, change orders and required status reports.

Needs Excel experience, detail oriented, great oral and written communication skills.
