Experience with Quality Management System and CMM equipment desired.
The ideal candidate will have both CMM and alot of hands-on experience.

Applying the latest RF design techniques and using unique process portfolio makes it an exciting task to supply our customers with real added value from our components. Balancing the needs of innovation and aggressive scheduling, you will play a major role in growing the business in this large and growing market.
key to this role: phemt gaas design, IC design hanset market background. these semi-condutors are VERY small.
Qualifications:
* Experienced in GaAs PHEMT / CMOS switch design required for cellular phone applications
* Experience with schematic design, RF simulation and EM simulation software is required.
* Experience in power amplifier / Tx modules design desired
* Knowledge of wireless standards such as GSM and WCDMA is desired
* Experience leading a wireless product development team from concept to manufacturing
* Proven track-record of having brought commercial RF products to market
* Possess high-energy, attention to detail and high expectations for oneself and coworkers
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* BSEE with 10+ years of experience in switch component design
Management experience is not a must but individual must want to lead a group and posses the people skills to do so.
